Business Description
AirsoftFaceProUK is a leading manufacturer of Airsoft face protection, one that takes pride in the craftmanship and quality that goes into each out our handmade face masks.
We started out as one guy in a shed who started making airsoft face protection for himself as he was unsatisfied with the quality of face protection at the time. This led to interest in the masks he was making which has now led us to where we are now.
AirsoftFaceProUK prides itself in the quality it provides, so much so that we've remained stiff with our turnover rate. We believe that waiting slightly longer for a mask that will last forever is better than getting one quicker that won’t last anywhere near as long.
Shipping and Delivery
Our products are made to order so turnover rate ranges from 2 - 4 weeks due to high demand, high standards, and lack of staff.
Domestic deliveries range from 2-4 days and international deliveries range from 1 - 2 weeks.
All of our deliveries are handled by Royal Mail with tracking included. Once an order has been dispatched, we provide all customers with tracking information in order to inform them of the status of their order.
Privacy and Security
AirsoftFaceProUK is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information you have provided to us. We follow every procedure necessary to align with the dada protection legislation in the UK. The purpose of this statement is to explain to you what we do with personal information once we have collected it.
When placing an order with us we need to know your name, address, email and payment information. You have the choice to withhold information that is not required for the order process.
We do not store or hold any bank details on our system, all bank information is handled by WIX payment or PayPal.
We use your contact information in order to inform you on upcoming new products or sales that could interest you, though we only do this with your consent.
We do not sell, rent or exchange any of your information with any third party for commercial gains, only for essential requirements for credit or debit card validation during a transaction.
We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of your information to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
We do not collect sensitive information about your except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your personal details by contacting us.
We may use "cookies" as part of standard business procedure to track patterns of interest of our customers. Cookies are an element of data that our website sends to your browser which is then stored on your system. You can opt out of this in your browser settings.
Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our main priority at AirsoftFaceProUK but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us with your enquiry as soon as a problem arrises. Orders that are cancelled before shipping will recieve a full refund.
